Courthouse Square is moving along with demolition and clearing of the lot for new development. The Union Hotel redevelopment, also known as Courthouse Square, will be 443,291 SF in total. There will be new hotel rooms on each floor, 206 residential units, 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and garage parking. The project will restore the city’s historic charm and keep the design of the old Union Hotel building.
